Mybox Terms of Service

Welcome to Mybox.

Mybox is a platform that allows users to create and customize personal profile pages and share links with others.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Mybox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Mybox.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mybox.

If you are under the age required by the laws of your country to enter into a legal agreement, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You may not create accounts for unlawful purposes or to impersonate another person.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, or display on Mybox.

By uploading content to Mybox, you grant Mybox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish.

Mybox may allow users to upload:

• Profile images
• Background images
• Background GIFs
• Background videos
• Custom fonts
• Custom link icons

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any content.

Mybox may remove uploaded content that violates these Terms.

The following content is prohibited on Mybox:

• Pornographic content
• Content primarily intended for sexual arousal
• Sexual activity or sexual services
• Visible genitalia
• Visible nipples
• Content involving minors in sexual situations
• Extreme real-life gore
• Real-life graphic violence intended to shock or disturb
• Illegal content
• Harassment or bullying
• Hate speech
• Violent threats
• Terrorist content
• Malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Fraudulent or deceptive content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Content that violates privacy rights

The following content is generally allowed, provided it does not violate any other part of these Terms:

• Swimwear and beachwear
• Cosplay
• Non-sexual artistic content
• Fictional or illustrated violence
• Fictional or illustrated gore, including content from anime, manga, comics, games, and similar media
• Characters wearing revealing clothing, provided that genitalia and nipples are not visible and the content is not primarily intended for sexual arousal

Mybox reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether content violates these Terms and to remove content that may create legal, safety, operational, or community concerns.

You agree not to:

• Use Mybox for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of Mybox
• Circumvent security measures
• Abuse, exploit, or reverse engineer the service
• Use automated systems to excessively access the service
• Impersonate another person or organization

Mybox may allow users to upload, store, and share music files on their profile pages.

You must own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, store, and share any music through Mybox.

You may not upload or distribute music that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Mybox may remove music files that violate these Terms or that are subject to a valid copyright complaint.

Mybox does not grant you any rights to music uploaded by other users. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any music complies with applicable laws.

Mybox may offer Premium subscription plans with additional features.

Premium subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly.

Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in loss of access to Premium features.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not guaranteed.

The Mybox service, including its design, software, branding, and other materials, is owned by Mybox or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the service without permission.

Mybox may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts at any time if these Terms are violated or if the service, users, or others may be harmed.

Mybox is not required to provide advance notice before taking action.

Mybox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Mybox does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Features may be modified, discontinued, or removed at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mybox and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.

Your use of Mybox is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mybox and its operator from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

Mybox may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
